Since September 19 2020 Petite Folie Patisserie is launched and I have been asked to manage the digital feed, the 4 french pastries are only sold at Folie restaurant for take away and delivery. 

Petite Folie is an authentic, modern and definitely traditionally rooted pastry brand. Our 4 different recipes will be revealed and introduced, and the customer will be able to follow the process thru our posts on Instagram account. 

The desserts are always shown either in detail in a close up picture, or in a mise en place scene. The monochromy of these scenes is there to highlight the pastry itself, exacerbating the gluttony of the warm colours in contrast with the crazy blue. The style of the photographs is inspired by 50’and 60’s cooking books.

Later in the Instagram thread and therefore in time we will go up and explain some of the key stages in the making of our delicious pastries. These moments when we will show the know-how of our Pastry Chef are there to, first of all, show and pay homage to these gestures and know that we are proud to make them last, but above all to give and reinforce the value of the product that the customer offers himself. The customer doesn't just buy a dessert, he tastes the tradition and excellence of French pastry making.
